The Hall of Fame Cosmic Cookie Clippers took the Pacific Division opener at Moon Pod Center behind a 41-point first quarter and a dominant third.

Cosmic Cookies came out like a comet at Moon Pod Center, scoring 41 points in the first quarter to lead 41-29. Gorilla Goo muscled back with a 25-20 second quarter and trailed only 61-54 at the half.
The third quarter settled it. The Cosmic Cookie Clippers won it 32-16 to stretch the lead to 93-70, took the fourth 28-26, and closed out a 121-96 win.
In the Pacific Division opener, Cosmic Cookies improves to 1-0 and first in the division and owns the season series 1-0. Gorilla Goo falls to 0-1, fourth in the Pacific. The Presidential Cannabis League sends Cosmic Cookies to SFV OG on October 23, while Gorilla Goo hosts Blue Dream.
