The Galactic Gas Rockets set the tone on the road at Moon Rock Blunt Arena, taking the first quarter 30-26 and the second 29-22 for a 59-48 halftime lead.
Ghost Train Haze matched them 33-33 in the third, leaving it 92-81, and then made its move. The Ghost Train Haze Hawks won the fourth 33-29 and took the second half 66-62, but the halftime hole was too deep. Galactic Gas won 121-114.
The Galactic Gas Rockets are 3-0 with three straight wins and own the Southwest Division lead in the Presidential Cannabis League. Ghost Train Haze drops to 2-1 but keeps first place in the Southeast Division, its early winning run snapped. Galactic Gas leads the season series 1-0.
