Skywalker had this one won by halftime.
The Skywalker Spurs opened with a 39-29 first quarter at Orbit Arena, then hit the Gorilla Goo Kings with 41 more in the second. That 80-point half built an 80-54 cushion at the break.
Gorilla Goo never found a way back into it. The visitors played Skywalker nearly even after the break, losing the third 27-26 and splitting the fourth 23-23, and the margin sat at 27 from the end of the third to the final horn. Skywalker finished it off 130-103.
The win pulls Skywalker back to 2-2 and third in the Southwest Division, with two straight victories. Gorilla Goo is still searching for its first win at 0-4, fifth in the Pacific Division after four losses in a row. Skywalker leads the season series 1-0.
Skywalker hits the road Wednesday to meet the Crescendo Jazz. Gorilla Goo travels Thursday to face the Papaya Punch Pelicans.

Bring home the whole lineup
Few Presidential Cannabis League matchups put this many products on the floor. Both teams dress all four positions, which means a shopper can pick a size first and a team second.
Want the long roll? Each side has a 1.5g Blunt in a tobacco-free wrap. Prefer paper? Each has a 1g Pre-Roll. Splitting it up is easy too: both benches carry three 0.7g mini blunts totaling 2.1g and three 0.5g mini pre-rolls totaling 1.5g. Arizona's side-by-side look at both mini formats names Gorilla Goo and Skywalker among the compact packs and shows the split: hemp for the mini blunts, paper for the mini pre-rolls.
Tracking them down takes two moves. The locator-first route to an Oklahoma counter works anywhere: search for a participating store, then call and ask for Presidential, the exact name, the series and the format you want.
What's inside
Every Skywalker and Gorilla Goo roll is flower with live resin and a diamond finish, and both teams wear the Gold Strain Series name.
Skywalker is the ROVE collaboration, and the partner's mark sits on the front of the packs. Rove describes the profile with blueberry, tropical and earthy notes, and the packs are marked Indica.
Gorilla Goo is marked Hybrid and leans heavier, with reported sour fuel, pine and chocolate notes behind a rich, gassy character.
