Two finishes, two kinds of oil
Every Presidential Cannabis League roster starts from the same idea, and the guide to what separates an infused fill from plain flower breaks it down: flower is the body, concentrate is a dense refined layer, and a kief or diamond finish completes the build.
These two teams fill those slots differently. Strawberry pairs its flower with distillate, then dusts the outside in kief, which is simply collected trichomes. XJ-13 begins with THC Design flower, layers in live resin and seals the build with diamonds.
The tiers split too. Strawberry wears Silver, the fruit-forward family, in classic packaging. XJ-13 wears Gold, where cannabis-first names like its own lead the pack, in the New Pack Line.
Strawberry also carries the one format XJ-13 does not: a 2g jar. As the three layers inside every Nevada jar shows, Moon Rocks put flower at the core, concentrate through it and the finish outside, with no wrap at all.
What's inside
Strawberry keeps three players: the 2g jar, a 1g Moon Rock Pre-Roll in paper and a 1.5g Moon Rock Blunt rolled in hemp with no tobacco. The profile is ripe rather than candy red, sweet without tipping into syrup, and the pack is marked Indica.
XJ-13 goes four deep, pairing its full-size Blunt and Pre-Roll with two mini three-packs, all marked Sativa. Its reported profile is bright citrus, lemon and pine sitting on an earthy cannabis base.
