Laurels Meet the Ice
Put these two Presidential Cannabis League builds side by side and only the outline matches. Each one is flower, an oil and a finish, the order laid out in the three layers inside an infused blunt: flower at the base, concentrate carried through it, kief or diamonds on the outside.
Whoa Si Whoa fills those layers the classic way. It starts with Top Shelf Cultivation flower, carries distillate through it and finishes with kief.
White Walker swaps every layer after the flower. Its oil is live rosin, a solventless press of ice-water hash, and its finish is diamonds.
The series split is just as wide. Whoa Si Whoa comes from the Presidential Line. White Walker belongs to Rose Gold, the refined connoisseur branch, and Arizona's page on the connoisseur roster counts it among only five names.
What's inside
White Walker suits up two Hall of Fame Legends, both marked Sativa. The 1.5g Blunt wears 32 and comes in a 100% tobacco-free wrap, and the 1g Pre-Roll wears 23, both under a snowbound mountain with a yeti on guard. Presidential flags that it is not the Gold-series Skywalker, despite the similar names.
Whoa Si Whoa fields two players in the classic pack, both marked Indica. The 1.5g Moon Rock Blunt wears 10 and carries a sweet, earthy and gassy character, and the 2g jar of Moon Rocks wears 2 and is described as loud and fruit-forward. A gold laurel wreath frames the art, set on marble in black and gold.
